1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-Day Money Back Guarantee only under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
  • You must raise the return request within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Returns are accepted only for:
    • Damaged or defective products
    • Wrong item received
    • Unopened products, if no longer needed

Used or opened products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email/WhatsApp. If your return is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days from approval.
  • We do not refund any shipping or handling charges (if applicable).
